Weekly Newsletter

September 6 - September 8

This week our theme will be Farms. We will discuss some of the animals found on the farm and what we get from the farm. We will also make butter this week and eat it for snack.

This week’s shape is circle. We will learn to recognize and identify a circle. We will look around the environment for circles. Please look around your home or when you are out and about for circles. They are everywhere!

Our color this week is red. We will learn to recognize and identify the color red. We will look around for the color red. As with the circles, look around your environment for the color red. We will be going on a “red hunt” in the next week or so.

Merry Christmas

Well, it looks like I won't see anyone until after Christmas break. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday. Our first day back will be January 5. We will have our party on January 8. We will just call it a "Welcome 2009" party instead!
