Kindergarten and Preschool Screening

Kindergarten screening will be on April 27 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Your child must be 5 before July 31. Call the elementary office at 568-4562 to set up an appointment. You will receive a packet with necessary forms that must be completed on the day of screening including a physical and vision exam. Don't forget to get those kindergarten shots before coming either!

Preschool screening will be on April 28 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Your child must be 3 before July 31. Call the elementary office at 568-4562 to set up an appointment. You will have to bring a state issued birth certificate, shot records, social security card, and proof of address to the screening. A packet will be sent to you will all the necessary information when you call!

Conference on the Young Years 2011

We had a great time at the CYY. We got several ideas of ways to improve the program next year. We will implement some of the more minor changes this year. I love going to these conferences because it is a true wealth of information and ideas that I could not think of on my own!

Online Newsletters

Online newsletters will be a shorter version of the paper ones sent home on Monday. Please read the newsletter that is sent home on Monday for more in-depth discussions on what we are working on for the week.

Merry Christmas

Well, it looks like I won't see anyone until after Christmas break. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday. Our first day back will be January 5. We will have our party on January 8. We will just call it a "Welcome 2009" party instead!
