Your child must be 5 before July 31. Call the elementary office at 568-4562 to set up an appointment. You will receive a packet with necessary forms that must be completed on the day of screening including a physical and vision exam. Don't forget to get those kindergarten shots before coming either!<br /><br />Preschool screening will be on April 28 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Your child must be 3 before July 31. Call the elementary office at 568-4562 to set up an appointment. You will have to bring a state issued birth certificate, shot records, social security card, and proof of address to the screening. We got several ideas of ways to improve the program next year. We will implement some of the more minor changes this year.
